About Jim Waltman

Jim Waltman grew up in Tuscaloosa and graduated from Central High School and the University of Alabama where he earned his degree in Corporate Finance. He has lived in several different states across our nation over the past 30 years and was glad to call Tuscaloosa home once again in 2017. Jim’s personal experiences of relocating nearly a dozen times made his move to sales in residential real estate a natural one. Jim enjoys helping people make their move as seamless and stress-free as possible. Jim has been happily married to his wife Susan for over 30 years and they have three wonderful grown children in addition to a cat and two dogs. He enjoys living in the heart of Tuscaloosa’s Historic District where shops, restaurants, and campus activities are just a stroll away. Some of Jim’s favorite activities include spending time with family, golfing with friends, and boating on Lake Tuscaloosa.
