Ashley Lewis Swope was born and raised in Tuscaloosa and recently returned after 35 years in Texas. While attending college in Texas, she met her husband, Zane; they have raised two sons, Noah and Caleb. As their boys grew up, she began selling real estate in College Station and found her calling. While working for Berkshire Hathaway, Ashley earned Rookie of the Year, Realtor® of the Year, and Top 3% of the Berkshire Hathaway network nationwide.

In addition to residential sales, Ashley has an extensive knowledge of farm and ranch real estate. She works diligently to uncover and provide as much information as possible to her clients so they can make sound decisions about their purchase or sale. Ashley’s business-savvy mind, eye for detail, and a whole lot of southern charm make for a skilled negotiator when working for her clients. Sitting still is not in Ashley’s repertoire, and she will work tirelessly on your behalf to ensure a worry-free transaction.

Ashley and her husband are so excited to make Tuscaloosa their new home. They love the outdoors, gardening, hunting, hiking, traveling, and are currently building their dream farm. They hope to someday soon be able to spend their free time horseback riding, raising cattle, fishing, and enjoying the family that they have missed so much.
