About Julie Brand

I am Julie Brand, with Carrie Fitts Real Estate in Tuscaloosa, AL. I was born and raised in North Alabama and came to Tuscaloosa in 1994 to attend The University of Alabama and join the Million Dollar Band. My mom has always said that I went to college and just never left, and she's not wrong! I am married with two (outside) cats that claimed us to take care of them. I am a Referee of the local Tuscaloosa roller derby team, Druid City Derby. It is there that I went from being in the Million Dollar Band to becoming Million Dollar BRAND!

Having been in property management in Tuscaloosa for over 10 years, I have managed both student and traditional properties including houses, apartments, and condos. I have been a Realtor for two years and love helping both my Buyers and Sellers find the best property to fit their needs. I would love to work with you and help you through this exciting process!

I'll say Julie has a thunderous amount of knowledge around Tuscaloosa, north Alabama, houses, neighborhood histories, locks, floor plans, air conditioning units, lawn care, anything and everything you need to buy/sell homes in Alabama.
